We work very hard to offer a high quality hand crafted product and if you are not 100% fully satisfied please let us know.Β 
This product is very unique as it is very different than lotion. If it feels too "heavy" or "greasy" use less. A pea size amount is the suggested amount for moisturizing your hands or face. A little goes a very long way.
Returns
In the event that you are unsatisfied with your product or your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible atΒ service@allnaturalsheabutter.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.Β

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Β
